Well, you can go to each page, create a text box and type in the exact heading as you would like it to appear in your TOC. This may work for PDFs but on ePUBs the text seems to still show up when you select None and Paper (white) may still show up if reader selects a background other than white. The solution that I came up with that seems to work is this: Instead of setting the paragraph style to Paper or None, leave it as Black but.go to the TINT and select 0%. The TINT seems to act as an opacity setting so the text is still there but at 0% it becomes invisible.
